Terms of use

You may use our apps if you can form a binding agreement under the law where you live. If you are using an app on behalf of someone else, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for them.

You must be at least 13 years old to use our apps. If you are old enough to use the apps where you live but under the age of majority, you may use them only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these terms on your behalf.

This is the most important thing to understand. Streamblix does not provide, host, supply, or sell any channels, streams, or media of any kind. It is an empty player. You supply your own sources, such as M3U playlists, Xtream Codes accounts, or Stalker portals, and the app plays what those sources point to.

You are solely responsible for the sources you add and for making sure you have the right to access that content where you live. We have no control over, and no knowledge of, what your sources contain.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our apps on your own devices for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and the rules of the app store you installed from.

The apps themselves, including their code, design, the Psychelit and Streamblix names, logos, and original content, belong to us and are protected by intellectual property law. Your license to use an app does not transfer any ownership to you. You may not use our names or logos without our written permission.

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our apps except where the law expressly allows it. Do not resell, rent, or redistribute the apps, remove our notices, interfere with the apps' security, or use the apps to break the law or infringe anyone else's rights.

Because Streamblix plays only the sources a user adds, we do not host, store, or distribute any media, and we have no ability to remove content from a third-party source. If you are a rights holder and believe a user is using our app to access your content without permission, the appropriate step is to address the source that supplies it.

If you believe something within our own apps or website infringes your rights, contact us at support@psychelit.com with enough detail to identify the material, and we will respond to valid requests.

Streamblix is free to use today. If we add paid features in the future, the price, billing, and renewal terms will be shown clearly in the app and handled by your app store, and your purchase will be subject to that store's terms. We will not charge you without making the terms plain first.

You install our apps through a third-party app store, such as Google Play, and your use is also subject to that store's terms. The store is not responsible for the apps or for supporting them, and any questions about an app should come to us, not the store.

If you send us ideas or feedback, you agree we may use them to improve our apps without any obligation to you, and that your feedback is not confidential.

We work hard to make our apps reliable, but we provide them on an as is and as available basis, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, error free, or compatible with every device or source.

To the extent the law allows, Psychelit is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps, including any issues caused by the third-party sources or content you choose to add.

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover us against reasonable claims, losses, and costs that arise from your misuse of an app, from the sources or content you add, or from your breach of these terms.

You can stop using an app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend, limit, or stop providing an app, in whole or in part, if we need to, for example to comply with the law or to protect the service. The sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and indemnification continue to apply after you stop using an app.

We may update the apps and these terms over time. When we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

If something goes wrong, we would rather fix it than fight about it. Please write to support@psychelit.com first, and we will try in good faith to resolve any concern directly. We do not make you give up your right to go to court or to take part in a claim with others.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Psychelit operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Where your local consumer law gives you stronger rights, those rights still apply.

Electronic communications. You agree we may communicate with you electronically, such as by email or through the app, and that this meets any legal requirement for written notice.

Assignment. You may not transfer your rights under these terms. We may transfer ours to a successor, for example if the studio is acquired.

No waiver. If we do not enforce a term right away, that does not waive our right to enforce it later.

Force majeure. We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Export and local law. You agree to use our apps only where they are legal, and to comply with any applicable export and local laws.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. Together with our privacy policy, these terms are the entire agreement between you and Psychelit about your use of the apps.
